What is RUST?

 

The orange dust you are seeing on your shoes or mower are a sign of Rust Disease

Typically, Rust is an indication that the Lawn is hungry.  Newer Grass Blends contain  Perennial Rye grass and Bluegrass’s  that sometimes require more Nitrogen, especially when young.

If you Do have Rust . a booster Application of  Fertilizer will correct the problem within a few weeks.
